By using Boooat.com, you agree to these terms. Boooat.com is a marketplace connecting boat owners with renters. We facilitate bookings but do not own or operate any boats.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the boat owner. Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) and may include service fees. Cancellation policies vary by boat owner.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, follow safety instructions from crew members, and comply with local maritime laws. Users are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate.
